    Maureen offers CFO management services focusing primarily on budget & financial management, workshops, and financial assessments with the ultimate goal of reducing client’s FOF (fear of financials). She does this by working closely with clients as she coaches and educates clients on how to map out an effective plan to create, understand, and manage the organization’s financial goals and metrics.

    In addition to Quickbooks online and extensive Excel experience, other assets include her outstanding people and leadership skills, her ability to translate complicated financial information to people with varied financial skill levels, her positive interactions and collaboration with leadership and staff at organizations she consults with, while consistently staying connected to the vision, mission, and values of those organizations.

    Maureen’s background includes 12 years as Finance & Administrative Director at a state-wide nonprofit, 16 years working with 3 different organizations (Sustainability Institute, Carsey School of Public Policy, and the Institute on Disability) within the University of New Hampshire system, and 8 years as a Financial Management Consultant for nonprofits and small businesses.
